I think you work better with color than b&w. The shallow depth of field in the barbie image is particularly interesting (also seen in nobs.jpg), and in the graveyard I like the subtlety of it, along with the light.
I'd encourage you to think about what it is that you like to photograph, as I think your voice will become a lot stronger from there.
