Looks like you're interested in portraiture and fine art. My favorite of your portraits is "Gazing". Love the environmental nature of it, and the moment that you have captured with her. I think it could be stronger even if you allowed it to be just b&w (no duotone). But either way, it's very good.
As for you maple, fir, fern series, I think you are REALLY on to something here. Very interesting conceptually, and I think you could create a really strong exhibit of this work.
As for improvement, perhaps the images could be more poetic. I feel like much of the work on these has been done in photoshop (although I may be wrong about that), and would encourage you to try doing really beautiful setups with studio lighting your models. I think this would soften things are create a more stunning final image.
I usually limit my digital adjustments to exposure pushes and messing around with curves, as well as the occasional mending on portraits.
I'd like to discuss what you mean further, sometime, and would be even more excited if you could show me some interesting things to do with lights in the studio. :)
